Transfer Students
Students from any other medical school can transfer to USAIM at any semester level after scrutiny and acceptance of their transcripts by the USAIM Dean’s Office.
Pre-Clinical Transfers
Students may apply for transfer from another IMED listed medical school into the pre-clinical program. Students wishing to transfer will need to provide a course syllabus for each course for which they are seeking credit transfer, in addition to the official transcripts from the medical school.
Clinical Transfers
Students wishing to transfer directly into the clinical program must have completed all of the basic medical science courses required by USAIM in an IMED listed medical school. The students must also pass out Exit Exam or Step 1 of the USMLE before they register for their first rotation.
